I plan on a diet plan called "stop eating so much you pig". If I can stick to it it will work. I've noticed this means not going back for seconds, having a glass of water or a piece of fruit instead of some other snack, taking smaller portions to begin with, etc. Never eating enough to feel bloated.
Do this, and start biking to work again when weather permits, and I'll be unstoppable. In the meantime I'll try and go to the gym at work (which is difficult from a New Year's Resolution sense, because the hours in January are less than optimal--they don't open until 11am.) Other than that I'll try and walk more at work and around the neighborhood.
So, that, and perhaps get organized. I'm so original.
