It's weird

I feel better. I mean, the aches and fever are gone, but I've still got a little congestion, and my throat's a little scratchy. Then I realized I often get those symptoms around this time of year, due to oak pollen. So on top of all the crap I had, I have allergies too. Great.

Daytime TV is fun. I mean, now that we have cable, at least there's usually something to watch somewhere. Back when we didn't, only having the NYC broadcast channels to watch was the biggest motivator for getting better that there was. But I can watch "The Bob Newhart Show" and "Mary Tyler Moore" which is cool, and if there's a good movie on that's cool. Also, I figured it out, Lifetime has "The Golden Girls" on 6 times a day. If you factor out the 5 1/2 hours of paid programming they have from 2:30am-7am, that's about 15% of Lifetime's schedule devoted to the show. I just don't know what to say. And, I was watching Lifetime for "Mad About You" which I haven't seen in long enough it's quite enjoyable again.

Tomorrow I go back to work. I really need to be there, for reasons that will become clear, tomorrow.
